We collect the information you enter in the RSVP form (names, attendance, dietary needs and allergies, contact details, address and notes) only to organise Vera and Maurizio's wedding.

Information about allergies and intolerances is health data: we only ask for it to pass it on to the caterer, and we process it with your explicit consent.

The data is only accessible to the couple and the people helping them organise the wedding. It is stored on servers in the European Union and is not shared with third parties, except the caterer and the venue where strictly necessary.

We will delete all personal data by 30 September 2027.
